Don't Fry! Crispy Onion Potato Chips (Non fried, without oil)

200 g potatoes (peeled weight)
100 g onion
50g water
50g tapioca starch (or cornstarch if not)
2g baking powder
a little salt
1. Starch can be replaced with corn starch, but using tapioca starch makes it crispier and tastier
2. You can leave the remaining batter in the refrigerator and bake the next day.
